Thermstar 3000 heating system is a modern, highly efficient, direct-emitting, line radiator with high infrared radiation ability in a power range of 50-300 kW and a length of 38 to 120 meters.
It can be supplied with a two-stage or continuous power control, controlling the amount of fuel and air supplied to the burner. The heat output can be controlled in the range of 30-100% of the nominal power output while always maintaining optimal fuel and air ratios, which ensures high efficiency and environmental friendliness.

Heating system enables two-stage operation, while
1st power stage allows rapid heating of the area to the required temperature. Once the temperature has been reached, it switches to
2nd stage with lower output, ensuring the permanent tempering of the area to the required temperature without omitting the radiant heating components as in the case of single-stage radiators
High and adjustable power of the radiator and the variability of its length and shape make it possible to heat up relatively large objects using a single radiator, while at the same time minimizing gas distribution, emission points and access routes to burners.
It allows for a wide variation of the shape solutions and hence the comprehensive coverage of the heated space by even and uniform emitting of the heat. Thermal leaks from the radiator to the sides and above the radiator are minimized so that the full energy of the radiator is focused on the heated area.

Shapes of the infrared radiators
- Shape ( I ) direct dual pipe
- Shape ( L ) dual pipes with one bend on the right or left side to cover the area
- TShape ( U ) dual pipes with two bends for wide premises, allows placement of more systems in sequence along the premises
- Shape ( O ) single pipe system for low ceiling and wider premises with optimal radiation distribution of the floor, for halls with lower energy demands and large area
