The service department performs warranty and post-warranty service of Termstar infrared radiators of all types. For Termstar 3000 systems with Weishaupt burners, service is performed, if necessary, in cooperation with the Weishaupt service department. Our service department is equipped with cars with working platforms or mobile scaffolding so the complete service is provided by our own personnel. We also have our own spare parts warehouse.
